Hexagon Multivista connects to Revizto
Clash and deviation data pushed directly into the BIM collaboration platform, streamlining issue tracking and improving visibility across construction teams
Hexagon Multivista has launched an integration between its Analyze deviation detection service and Revizto, connecting reality capture analysis to Revizto’s BIM collaboration and issue-tracking platform.
For project managers and BIM coordinators already using Revizto as their central coordination hub, the practical implication is that deviation data from site scans no longer needs to be manually re-entered or exported as a separate report. Instead, construction teams can push flagged deviations directly into Revizto’s issue log, where they sit alongside existing clash detection results and model coordination tasks within a live 3D context.
The workflow, as Hexagon describes it, allows users working within the Analyze service to select individual deviations or groups of clashes and push them into Revizto’s issue log in a single action. Those issues then become traceable items within Revizto’s coordination environment, inheriting the platform’s standard assignment, status tracking, and notification functions. The intention is to reduce the gap between identifying a problem on site and acting on it through the design coordination process.
Hexagon Multivista Analyze compares reality capture data, typically photographic documentation and scan data gathered on site, against the federated design model, flagging where constructed conditions deviate from design intent. The types of deviations it identifies can include out-of-tolerance structural elements, misplaced MEP installations, and encroachment issues that may not be visible during a standard site walk but become apparent when measured against the model. The integration means these findings can now feed directly into the same issue-management environment that coordinators use for model-based clash detection.

With this integration, we’re empowering our customers to seamlessly act on captured project data within one unified workflow,” said Taylor Cupp, head of Multivista Analyze Services at Hexagon. “By connecting our Analyze services with Revizto, teams can identify and resolve issues faster, helping them deliver higher quality complex construction projects with greater confidence and efficiency.”
Revizto has been steadily expanding its presence as a BIM coordination platform. The Hexagon integration appears consistent with Revizto’s broader strategy of accepting third-party data feeds rather than limiting itself to natively generated content, a positioning that arguably makes it more attractive to organisations already working across multiple technology vendors. Hexagon itself brings considerable weight to the partnership through its wider reality capture portfolio, which includes Leica geosystems scanning hardware, giving the company a presence at multiple points in the survey-to-model workflow.
