Enscape releases service pack for Archicad 25

Brings real-time rendering and VR to the latest release of the popular BIM authoring tool

Real-time rendering and VR software Enscape has released a new Service Pack that allows users to render, visualise and walkthrough projects directly inside Archicad 25

With the update, Archicad 25 users can use the latest features offered in Enscape 3.1. This includes the new material library, simplified assets, panorama gallery, and support for Nvidia DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) technology. We cover these in more detail in this AEC Magazine article.

“Enscape, through its direct connection to Archicad, enables users to access high-quality visualisation with a few simple clicks on their mouse,” comments architect Nathan Hildebrandt, director of Skewed. “From photorealistic renders, panoramas, and fly-through movies to VR, Enscape provides everything I need to communicate my design with my clients.”

Once the new plug-in is installed, an Enscape menu option will appear in the Archicad top menu. Changes made in Archicad will then appear instantly in Enscape, allowing a ‘streamlined feedback loop’.

Archicad users are able to take advantage of the Enscape Asset Library when creating renders. It features a choice of over 1,900 high-quality assets. The Enscape Material Editor can be used to add further realism.

You can learn more about the workflows between Archicad and Enscape in this video by architect Nathan Hildebrandt, director of Skewed.
